By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your audit only.

FAQ

How it works.

The process, timeline, and what happens once your statement reaches our team.

What exactly do you need from us?
One or more recent merchant statements — ideally the most recent full month, or several months (e.g. six) if you have them — as PDF or CSV exports from your acquirer's portal. No contracts, no logins, no other data.
How long does the audit take?
You'll have a written assessment within 48 working hours of submission. Complex multi-MID or cross-border setups may take a little longer — we'll tell you up front if so.
What do we actually get back?
A short written summary: your true blended rate, a breakdown of interchange, scheme fees and acquirer margin, anything unusual or overpriced, and a plain view on whether it's worth acting on. No slide deck, no sales pitch.
Is there any obligation to switch provider?
None. Roughly half the audits we run conclude that the existing pricing is fair and the business should stay where it is. We'll tell you when that's the case.
Is our statement kept confidential?
Yes. Your statement and any figures in it are never shared with acquirers, ISOs, or third parties. It's used only to produce your written read.
What happens after we get the summary?
That's your call. You can act on it internally, set it aside, or engage us to run a re-tender or renegotiation on your behalf on a fixed-fee basis. Either way, the audit itself is free.
